Charles Chardin is the inventor of an electrotherapy technique, E.C.V. (electro-kinetic vascular). It is supposed to act on the circulation of the blood, the lymph, the protoplasm and the muscles of the vessels by the application of a tension between different parts of the body, and thus cure the diseases.
The book is illustrated with many drawings explaining his method and the operation of his invention.
